Pembrick's Creaturepedia (The Wingfeather Saga) Customer Reviews
:- 5.0 out of 5 stars from Michael Oppizzi -- Jouncy as a two ton bog pie : I enjoyed perusing these creatures’ illustrations and details! What a fun concept, to publish a fictional nonfiction work (Creaturepedia) that was mentioned in a formerly-published fictional work (the Saga). Would be somewhat akin to Lewis publishing the Magic Book described in The Voyage of the Dawn Treader. I think it could be improved upon by having the animals’ names and the labels on their images be handwritten, as the sketches are hand-drawn. It would have been fun for the animals to be in color, too- but they’re still lovely (as lovely as a bomnubble can be) in pencil. Aside from this small detail, I am eager for my kids to get to dive into the realm of Aerwiar in the Wingfeather Saga with this companion at hand. PS a gorgeous cover. - 5.0 out of 5 stars from noah -- Helps understand the story more : Most of the creatures in the story did not have a picture, so you didn't know what they were like. But in this book it tells and shows what each creature looks like and tells you a little about them. So when you go back and read the book you understand better and actually know what they look like. - 5.0 out of 5 stars from Mrs. Wright -- Toothy Cows and all things Creature you don’t want to meet … : The book is very tiny but packed with everything you need to know about Toothy Cows and every creature you want to study, but never to meet! The book is well illustrated with generous descriptions of each creature. Another great addition to my sons favorite story. ( Reviewed in the United States on September 28, 2021 )
- 5.0 out of 5 stars from Andrew Markley -- Beautiful illustrations & a great addition to the Wingfeather collection! : when reading through the books as it helps to truly immerse you more visually into the world. The book surprised me in terms of physical quality. It really looks like an expensive book on my shelf even though it's a funny side project to the Wingfeather Saga. If you're reading through the series, buy this book before you get to far along so you can enjoy the series even more! ( Reviewed in the United States on October 12, 2021 )

- 5.0 out of 5 stars from Semmie -- Great Resource for Wingfeather Saga Fans : ** “Since the Second Epoch, the creatures of Aerwiar have grown more and more corrupt, more and more dangerous, and (I would argue) more and more beautiful. I believe all three are true, sometimes regarding the same wild beast!” ** ( Reviewed in the United States on September 28, 2021 )
